Premium Developers and Management Limited is a Ghanaian Company incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 2007 providing services in the areas of Real Estate Development, Real Estate Management, Agency in relation to Acquisition and Rental of properties, Properties Documentation,Negotiations for joint Venture, General maintenance/Facility management and reservation for Furnished Hotel/Apartment Buildings. We have provided Services within our portfolio package to renowned Companies, Individuals and Embassies in Ghana. Moreover we do not charge the prospective tenant any fee when a property is allocated by our Company. VISION PDML envisages that by its participation in the property market there will be sanity in Housing delivery in the area of renting of properties and general delivery of quality homes for the emerging property market and general development of Ghana.
